first off let's all take a minute and recognize the awesome shiners under my eyes. no i did
not get punched in the face nor did i walk into a door nob. that's just straight up natural.
aren't i lucky? right. now that we got that elephant out of the room...
start with applying your foundation or liquid moisturizer evenly over your entire face.
step 1: grab a liquid concealer, i use a 2 in one stick from physicians formula, it's super affordable.
straight down the side of your nose and out towards the outer corner of your eye.
lighter concealer. this will help blend everything and help it look more natural.
{this concealer compact is from laura mercier and it is the bees knees.
but here is a cheaper version as well.}
blend. blend. blend. aaaand blend.
Step 4: the last step is to set your concealer with powder! {i use bare minerals.}

blend. blend. blend. aaaand blend.

this will help keep it from budging and smudging all over the place.

that's it! all i have to say is thank the good lord for makeup, amen and amen.
i am by no means a makeup pro but this is how i apply my concealer and i
love the coverage it gives. if you try it let me know how it works for ya!

thank you so much for this! i have awful circles and can never figure out how to hide them well. i really do need to invest in a good concealer. what is the cheaper version of laura mercier that you suggested?
I never even knew you had dark circles!! You do great covering them up girlie! Hope you are having a great Monday...Can't believe the shower is Sunday!!! :)
love ya friend!
you're fancy. i need to buy some make-up.
I so needed this post! I hate my dark circles!!
I need this soooo badly these days but not sure I have the energy to cover up! That's life with a 6 month old I guess ;)
I should probably give this a try. I've been making "concealer" from Bare Minerals blended with moisturizer, and it's just not enough. Thanks for the demo.
dang! I am naturally lucky with the circles as well ... great tips!
